When developing plant-based fish fingers, it was important to achieve the right texture with our textural ingredients. Our development is not only close to the original, but can also be produced gluten-free. Not only is the coating gluten-free, but also the layer between the plant-based fish and the coating, for which flour is normally used and which ensures that the coating holds well.
